Fables, fairytales, and folktales have captured the imaginations of people from around the world for generations. The allure of these stories is often emphasized by charming animal characters. From underdogs to cruel cunning wolves, these tales often have unique ways of portraying animals, even if their depictions aren't always accurate. Our fascinating fabled friends will leap from the pages with Dickerson Park Zoo's program Animal Tales and Animal Tails. This program will include a variety of animals and biofacts to help set the record straight. Did fire breathing dragons truly guard castles? Was the sky actually falling on Chicken Little? Was the wolf really big and bad? Join us to learn these facts and more with Jamie Williams, Education Specialist, from the Dickerson Park Zoo!
You will need to contact the library to receive the Zoom access by email.
