EBSCOHost is a powerful online reference system that offers a variety of popular and full text databases from leading information providers. By clicking the EBSCOhost link and entering your library card number through the 'Click-it-to-get-it' page you will have access to the following databases:

Consumer Health Complete: Covering all areas of health and wellness from mainstream to alternative.

Copy, Fax and Scanning Services

Copies: The Henry County Library offers copy services in both black and white and in color. Black and white copies are $0.10 per page. Color copies are $0.30 per page. There are two copy machines in Clinton, one in the reference area and one in the gallery. There is one copy machine in Windsor.

Faxes: Patrons may send or receive faxes at the library for $1.00 per page. The fax number for the Clinton location is 660-885-8953. The fax number for the Lenora Blackmore Branch, Windsor is 660-647-2275.

Notary Public

As of 5/15/2020 Henry County LIbrary will not be offering notary services.

The Henry County Library offers free public notary services at the Clinton location. Patrons may call 660-885-2612 or e-mail in order to make an appointment with the notary public. The Henry County Library cannot guarantee the availability of the notary public for those who come in without an appointment. Patrons must bring a valid government issued photo ID and the paperwork to be notarized for their appointment.

Ebooks and Digital Audiobooks

Access free ebooks, digital audiobooks, and digital magazines with your library card using Missouri Libraries 2 Go. Check out the selection and start downloading materials from the Missouri Libraries 2 Go. Materials may also be downloaded to internet connected devices by using the free Libby App. 

The Wolfner Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped

The Wolfner Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped is a free library service to anyone in the State of Missouri who is unable to use standard print materials due to a visual or physical disability.

The library collection consists of more than 360,000 volumes of books in non-print formats on a broad range of fiction and non-fiction subjects for all ages. The library loans playback machines to those using the recorded materials. Over seventy (70) magazine subscriptions are also available.

Book Express

The Book Express program provides library materials to homebound patrons. Homebound patrons may either request specific titles or allow library staff to pick out materials on their behalf. The library will hold these materials and allow a person designated by the patron to pick the materials up.  Every effort will be made by library staff to select materials acceptable to the patron's preferences.  However, the Henry County Library is not responsible for patrons approval of language, subject matter, etc. of any materials selected for the patron.
