Solar Eclipse Celebration - Part Two - Preparation to Safely Watch the Eclipse.

On August 21, 2017 a total eclipse of the sun will be visible aross the continental U.S. for the first time since 1918. The Henry County Library is having three programs to help our patrons enjoy this sunny occurance. On Monday, August 14, 2017 the library will be having an educational program to teach us about the elcipse and how to safely watch it. This program is the second program in the Eclipse series. Each patron that comes will receive a free pair of glasses to watch the Solar Eclipse safely. We hope you will join us in celebrating this event. This program will be at the Lenora Blackmore Branch in Windsor, Missouri at 4:00 pm and in the Friends Room at the Henry County Library at 6:00 pm. See you soon at the library!
