End of the Summer Reading Program Celebration: Mesner Puppet Theater's 'The Cat Came Back'.

The Henry County Library Presents the End of the Summer Reading Program Celebration!

Our special entertainment will be Mesner Puppet Theater performing ‘The Cat Came Back’.

The library invites all patrons to celebrate all the reading done during the Summer Reading Program. Based on the folk song (made popular by Fred Penner), this performance tells the tale of Mister Johnson and a mysterious cat who keeps returning to his doorstep.  Mister Johnson tries everything he can to get the cat to go away. The cat, however, keeps coming back! Can a visitor from outer space solve Mr. Johnson’s kitty conundrum? Will the cat just keep coming back? Join us to find the answer!

Friday, August 2nd, Windsor at 10:00 AM, Clinton Facility at 3:00 PM

Don’t miss the Grand Prize Drawings at the end of the program. You do not have to be present for the Grand Prize Drawing, but you need to be present to win other program prizes.
